Miss information on the train booking. Promised sleeper three times but it was not true! Accommodation on the train poor. The Banff hotel was not cleaned each day as requested with specific notes ., food was good. Some of the stops were no..t long enough to do the walks planned. Use the wash room or do the walk but not both.
Driver/guide in the van were excellent days.Read full review
My wife and I really enjoyed the trip. The majority of guests were Chinese (overall 18 participants that day), but our tour guide Gordon nicely managed to tell everything in Mandarine and in English. The trip was quite cheap compared to oth..er offers on can find, but it was still very pleasant. The tour bus was comfortable and not too big. The Icefield trip (which can be booked additionally) was quite interesting and a nice experience to have! I would recommend to book the optional Columboa Icefield Day with the Skywalk - otherwise the final part of the trip is just spending time at the tourist center (in Jasper Park), which I imagine is not very interesting for the 3.5 hours the stop will be there! On the way to the Jasper Park, there are multiple stops with very nice views, where everyone has about 15 to 20 minutes to take pictures and enjoy the atmosphere. Jasper Park is definitely worth seeing!Read full review
First day city tour used separate company and bus, which caused hassle with luggage. The tour's Chinese/English guiding leaned Chinese, and the pushy guide seemed to have a financial interest in the optional meal plan, which was rather Chin..ese-oriented. Overall the atmosphere was being herded as sheep by a dog too much in a hurry. The sights and the access were good though.Read full review
Excellent tour for day trip, breathtaking sights, tour guide knowledgeable about area and the region, very glad we did this tour it’s a full day of touring but worth it.

The guide was very nice but could barely speak English. I couldn't understand what was said half the time. There is also a hidden $9 per person mandatory "tip" that is demanded of you in cash at the end of the tour. You have to really read ..the terms and conditions to find that out. My boyfriend did not have cash on him so they dropped us off at a bank that had a 3$ fee to take money out. When we gave the guy a 20 and asked for change he pretended to not have any. When further pushed he magically came across some in his pocket. Overall, we paid for the tour plus $21 in tips and could barely understand the tour. Not impressed.Read full review
We had a bit of trouble with the first leg of this trip as they did not recognize your company. We got to go on the excursion but they had to give us a new confirmation number to use for the rest of our experience. Not a big inconvenience.. but it was a bit of a pain having to wait around for them to figure things outRead full review

The first tour of Calgary city was just a tour of the library and a music museum so for me it was not a tour of Calgary. The tour operator was great. It would have been better to know the intinary in advance to make a decision to go or not ..or at least to be able to be dropped of in Calgary then meet back in 3 hrs. Where my accommodation was in Calgary it meant a lot of early days and late nights I felt I was on the. Coach longer than I,was off it. Reticulous when every one else stayed where the tour was I then had a 2hr drive back to the hotel which was no where near any where you could go to eat.The hotel I was in at Banf was an inn not a hotel and it was old fashioned and tired and the breakfast room was not attached to,the inn also there was no lift. I just couldn't get up,the stairs with my case I had to ask for a room change on the ground floor which they could not do. It was resolved by them taking my case to my room and in the morning bringing it back down. Other than the tour of Calgary the rest of the tour content was good.Read full review
Excellent communication, professional service and an outstanding experience. For my first tour with this company, I was highly impressed! Would take another tour, anytime! Dr. G
Tour guide and driver were knowledgeable and friendly. Driver drove cautiously. Nice places to visit. What I disliked was the hotel included in the package. Hotel was old, and untidy.
First of all, I thought I booked a tour with Tours4fun. Instead, supervacations greeted me at the airport. When I started emailing the company months before the tour, they were unorganized and did not communicate well with the “local offi..ce,” whatever that meant. For the life of me, they could not get my flight information correct! After several emails, I called the company to straighten out my flight information 2 times. I called and emailed several times to get an updated itinerary time of events and locations of hotel rooms. When My friend and I got to Vancouver, We looked for a sign saying “Tours4fun” to catch the shuttle to our hotel (for which I had to straighten out our flight information 2 times before and for which I had no clue of which hotel we would be staying at). We waited 15 minutes before calling the supposed tour guide, whom did not answer, we left a voicemail. We called 2 more numbers before actually getting to speak with someone. That someone had no clue what was going on, and she barely spoke English. We arrived at 8 in the morning and the company mentioned that the shuttle would only be able to pick us up at 1030. That was not acceptable. Why would we have to give the tour company our flight information but not accommodate our needs? Finally after asking again whether we could catch an earlier ride, someone ran up to us, a Chinese lady whom barely spoke any English. She yelled at us stating she was looking for us. AGAIN, I mentioned how we booked a tour with tours4Fun, well the sign this lady was holding said SUPER-VACATIONS! This Chinese lady finally gave us an itinerary and told us to wait. The bus driver, Bing, finally went through the itinerary with us in broken English. As he went through the itinerary he mentioned the “service fees” for which on the itinerary mentioned suggested tip! He stated that we NEEDED to pay the “suggested tip/service fees” everyday to our tour guides! we go through our tours for the day... HORRIBLE! These two tour guides were horrible!! They barely spoke English!they showed us the sign for Vancouver, mentioned the river have salmon, took us to this clock with steam coming out, and to this building that looked like a space ship and some to take pictures!! What a waste of time! We could’ve booked a real tour! And the whole ride, the drivers singled us out because we were the only non Chinese people on the bus!! I had no clue this was a Chinese tour!! At the end of day 1, the driver harassed us for the money, pretty much demanded it!! Wtf, I didn’t even learn anything from that “tour”. I would not recommend this tour to anyone!!! In fact, I would recommend no one to take this tour!!! Not unless you have to be harassed for more money and be stuck on a tour bus with Chinese people! This tour company *****!!Read full review
