The tour was good. The guide James was very informative, specially good and patient esp w some of the participants. No issue on the tour itself. But the online, aside fr specifying that there would be optional tours it should also specify ..that it’s almost a must otherwise the original fee paid is just like almost for the hotel and transfers. So that people are prepared with the possible expenses. My second time to join with the same tour operator. This was better than the first tour.Read full review

Overall, me and my friend had a fun time at the 2 night 3 day trip to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. There were some good and bad things about this trip that we had talked about. First the bad things were, the bus was very squished without muc..h leg room and the tour guides mostly spoke in Chinese compared to English. Although I praise the effort they gave to translate into English. When we got to Las Vegas we had a small amount of time for lunch before arriving at the hotel. After looking at the yelp reviews me and my friend decided to just look around and ended up finding a Hawaiian Restaurant which I greatly recommend. Way cheaper! We got a meal with big portions for $4 each. The "buffet" costs $15 dollars and didn't look very good. Hotel check-in was a bit delayed for we had arrived early which wasn't much of a problem. Before going on the trip I was very hesitant on booking a trip on some website I've never heard of before but customer service was very good. Despite being unclear about Service Fee, other than that I was assisted very well. Hotel isn't super fancy, but the rooms that were booked were actually really clean. Not a 5 star hotel so don't expect much, but it still had nice rooms. Grand Canyon trip took a very long time to go there and back, although we had a nice time sightseeing. We didn't part take in the Las Vegas night tour so I can't say anything about that. But it was a nice option to be able to go sightsee off on our own. Which I do recommend. Last day was a bit disappointing (Not much to see and a bit of a negative experience..?) My friend had accidentally left his camera in the lobby (I know it was our fault for leaving it there..) so he ran back to the lobby, and while the tour guide was counting everyone, I had told him that my friend had gone back to the lobby real quick to get his camera so, I asked if it was possible to wait a little bit for him to come back. But he sounded frustrated telling me that we were supposed to leave at 7:30 but now its 7:50 (late departure because of some issues with checking out/bus arrival). Luckily my friend had came back just in time before we had left. We went to the chocolate factory which was pretty boring to be honest. I looked at everyone's expressions that was on the tour with us, they didn't really seem to be having fun or liked the "gift shops" at the chocolate factory (more like a tiny store than a "factory". When it was time to take off, we ended up turning back because someone was still inside the store. Which I was kind of annoyed at. (Not because we had to go back for the person) but because, when I told the tour guide that my friend went to go to the lobby, he said we can't wait for him... Also during the Grand Canyon Tour, before we had departed for the Grand Canyon, we waited about 20 minutes for someone who had woken up late and when leaving the Grand Canyon, we had to wait a good 30 minutes for a family who had misunderstood the departure time. There are 2 guides: 1 for the Las Vegas tour and 1 for the Grand Canyon tour. You will meet the Grand Canyon tourist guide on the 2nd day. Also the last stop on the last day which was at some "outlet" was kind of a disappointing. It was hard to call it an outlet at all. There are about 15 stores or so with not much to do, yet we got around 2 hours to look around and go shopping. (We ended up going to the Nike Store and stayed at the food court and then sat on a bench in front of some store) We were given a special extra 10% discount sticker, yet most of the stores did not even accept it. Other than that, for the price of the tour, it's not bad. Something's could have been better planned out, but based on our experience, I would recommend this tour if you want a cheap package to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.Read full review

"It was nice, except going back to the city, the driver played 2 movies going back and its ao loud and bright, we got a headache. A music or some quite time should have been good."
The tour was perfect and made all the more incredible by our fantastic tour guide Anthony! Knowledgeable and humorous; he really made the day something special. A total fairytale!
"We were picked up on time from our hotel in union square to go to Yosemite for the day. Our guide (Con) was well informed, very polite, gave enough time on rest/food breaks and also time to feel and see some of mother nature on the way to ..the park. It is a long day but he made it fun, informative and also relaxing. Yosemite is truly worth every penny, El Capitan, The Dome, Bridal Falls, Sequoia's - all stunning. The walk amongst the sequoia's was heavenly quiet and trees enormous, bigger than i had imagined. On our way home, Con gave us time to rest but also took us to a point over the Bay Bridge to view the city from a different angle - what a view, thanks Con!"Read full review
"Anthony was a great tour guide and he really made the tour enjoyable from start to finish. And his sense of humor cannot be measured. He provides advise on how to manage your time between the stops. He is very tuned in to what he passange..rs think and he will even throw some really good suggestions your way if you ask him. I had been scared off tours because they just seem so mundane but this tour renewed my interest. I did not quite understand the pace of the tour at first but at the end of the day, I appreciated just how well planned it was. Note: keep the Mayo vineyard on the tour... it was one on the best stops in wine country."Read full review
