Carrie is a great tour guide, she tells people to be on time, so people can get their moneys worth. If someone gets a bit late ,she's on to he/she/them right away. The only negative is the lunch buffet restaurant where we ate going to 1000 ..islands doesn't have much food selections. Sorry , i don't give excellent grade. Carrie is wonderfulRead full review
Destinations were excellent. Hotels and meals were good. Driver fantastic. But I emphasize to travellers the guide is bilingual and herded us like children. He is responsible and carried out his task really well but if you don't mind being ..reminded many times to use the washrooms and not having a lot of narrations, then head on to the Rockies with Tours4Fun. Its worth the price. Be reminded of tipping for day/night tours in Vancouver city. You have to pay $4 per mini tour/transfer to a single driver (can add to to $16 per day). On the Rockies tour itself, its $9 net per day to both driver and guide. So you end up paying a lot more in Vancouver city. Lastly, the Sandman Hotel at Vancouver Airport is old and ill-maintained. Ask for Hampton Inn instead.Read full review
Comments for the 4 days in the Rocky Mountains: Excellent choice of destinations. Pre-booked meal plan is abundant and fairly tasty. Excellent driver. The guide, with the complicated and diverse tour and meal plans of the many groups of tra..velers, was pretty organised. However, narration was way too little. Most of his speeches were instructions for use of washrooms, repeated often and very loudly in both languages. I feel he treated us like children, herding us from place to place and reminding us to use the washrooms. A little more stories and narration of the various locations would be ideal. Otherwise, I rate the Rockies trip, very good.
Comments for first and last day in Vancouver city: The mini day/night trips were over charged. Compare $9+$4 per day for one driver to $9 per day for 2 persons on the Rockies tour. I believe you can see the difference. These fees should have been made clear to me when I made the booking. Sandman Vancouver Airport Hotel room is old and ill maintained. Hampton Inn was a much more comfortable hotel. Finally, I was not shuttled from Sandman Hotel to SWC on my last day despite many back-and-forth communication with Tour4fun staff. If you were unable to transfer, I would have appreciated a clearer answer sooner. I would then be able to plan my itinerary the next day. Unfortunately, when I realised you were unable to arrange the transfer, it was past noon time and I had lost half a day's time.Read full review

While booking the tour online there is a total price mentioned but later you are forced to buy 4 attractions or pay a penalty of CAD.40 and also pay CAD.10 service charge per day on the bus. Why isn't this clearly mentioned online while boo..king?
Secondly the tour is like a military school trip where you are not allowed to carry coffee nor food no eat chocolate on the bus.
Hello, we are on holidays! Pls dont forget this!
The bus toilet is kept locked and not given to use even in emergency.
This is the worst tour I have ever taken in my life although travelled world over and of course this is the last from this company :-( :-( :-(Read full review
Overall rate is 4.8. The driver and guide are both experienced, managed the group well, provided adequate information, appropriate stops, and hotels were spacious even though not upgraded.
Views are breathtaking! An extra day in Banff would.. have been nice to be able to see the caves and hotspring.Read full review
It was an excellent tour group. No hassles, no delays, no problems, thank God everything went on smoothly and safely. Drivers were careful. See next time!
Very good, pack with attraction to visit. The CN tower was over crowded and had a really long waiting line to come down from the tower elevator. Bus was nice with wifi.

Must advise "Not allowed for non-chinese people". I was The only one in The bus speaking english. The guide speaks mandarin only, The lunch is on a chinese buffet and The Winery girl wellcome The Group in... chinese!
Although our guide added some fun and interesting stops, he did not have the up to the hour info about the gondolas and chairlifts for Whistler! There were just 3 of us who found out from a local on premises that Blackcomb had 1 chairlift r..unning and Whistler had nothing open!Read full review
