Tour itinerary and the tour guide were good. Tour bus was of average quality. Hotel in Rome was good, while in Florence and Venice were of very poor quality.

Tour guides were useless. They explained NOTHING! We were dropped off at locations and had complete free time without any direction or information. Also, the bus driver would never have the bus cool.
