The canyon was amazing. The ticket purchase process was confusing. The process was not very traveler friendly. No mention of the $10/per person cash for that I had to pay when we got there. I looked back at ticket and it did mention a $8.. Read full review

Our tour was for 10:00am. We arrived earlier then what was required. My husband asked if there is room for the 9:00am tour can you move us up. Once all the 9:00 reservations was finished there was extra room so we were able to take the 9:00.. Read full review

We had originally booked the 11:45am tour and got bumped to 12:45pm. we arrived early ( at 11) due to mountain time and the man at the ticket counter was incredibly rude and told us to drive around and come back in an hour. I overheard them.. Read full review
