Reservation says you have to be there 1.5h before the time on the ticket. We came 30 min late, but still were able to join the group on out time slot.

What a wonderful place to see, the staff at the check in office and the tour guide was awesome. He gave us a lot of native history about the canyon, and helped in taking some awesome pictures.

Bus was uncomfortable, aircon not working. Schedule was messed up. Tour guide was nice but his English is not clear. Driver was excellent.
