The good points: All the Europamundo tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. The accommodation was a good standard, with efficient check-in and decent breakfasts. Big comfortable bus. The bad points: The tour itinerary inc..luded a day in Madrid when all shops and museums were closed (New Year's Day), and a "scenic" train trip up to Montserrat in the dark (like viewing the Mona Lisa with the lights off). Knowing these closures and the short winter days, they really should have amended the itinerary, or given us fair warning. The views from Monserrat was why we chose this trip, and we didn't get it. And it was sad hearing about these great museums, knowing we had no chance to visit them. Read full review

The company that you sent us with Europamunda was ridiculous. Unorganized and not informative and could barely speak English. Not to mention the additional trips they suggested was a scam. They Flamingo show was a joke. $65 for a crappy mea..l and a couple of people that look like they pulled off the street and asked them to dance. Read full review

I didn’t like that the tour was a bit rushed and I didn’t have airport shuttle back to airport. The hotels only had soap but nothing else. I was a solo traveler and nothing was explained to us where to go to find tour guide
