Very happy with this tour. Great tour guide. Sadly the last leg driver was not pleasant.

The pick up point at St Pancras was difficult to find. Local contact number did not work. Sending the contact persons number would be useful.

It was a quick trip with a good overview of various cities. I was disappointed with the location of accommodations at service centres or airports, but understand that the trip was budget. The bus was very comfortable and very prompt and lo..ved the convenience of being able to recharge. Holiday inn was very good others not so much. Read full review

My thought, my friend and I were on a trip of a lifetime in Europe so we thought until we were left behind at Saint Pancras station in London. I sent emails and called but no one wants to listen to our side. Very disappointed and will never.. recommend tours 4 to anyone.. Read full review

The tour was outsourced to another tour operator Goeugo. The coach didn't show up on time. The tour guide was totally inexperienced and was reading of Google. If that was a guide does then its useless to have one. The first hotel ran out of.. breakfast in 10 minutes and the breakfast staff were rude. For one of the optional excursion the train and boat ride at windemere was overcharged. We gave £ 25 each, while the cost at the ticket counter was only £ 12.50. We felt cheated and the guide forced us to go for the excursion. When we told him that we didn't want to do, he insisted that we have to go for it. We were extremely disappointed with the tour and were very upset. We booked the tour based on The understanding that the tour was conducted by tours4fun. You need to clarify at the time of the booking that it's another provider. It was a total disappointment. For the meals they stopped at China town where there were no Chinese in the tour.
