The tour was acceptable. But the customer service of Tour 4 Fun was horrible. You need to improve the service and focuses in the customer, we are human and need one Great service. Is my 1rst experience using your services and not recommend ..it to anyone. The call center employees was focused in received the money of tours and never respond our calls to discuss doubts. I received your page recommendation from Facebook, but I will put a review about the worst experience. I work with customer service and always offer alternatives and great service to all people, is my commitment. So sad for me, see the poor committment of your Company. Read full review
