There were issues with booking the tickets, the people answering telephone calls could do better. At the site, the portalet (portable toilets) were almost full, another room for improvement. It is beautiful but tour was costly. I preferred lower canyon tour and lower is cheaper.

It was very difficult to work with Tours4Fun. The local tour guide that provided the actual tour was excellent, but the 3rd-party booking experience with Tours4Fun was horrible. The most difficult part was that Tours4Fun showed availabilit..y to reserve certain time slots, when it actually wasn't available. We tried to book 2 tours for the same day--one in the morning and one in the afternoon. After requesting the 2 time slots, we waited until the next day for email confirmation. One tour was confirmed, but the other wasn't. They said there was availability for the next day, but then we wouldn't be able to do both tours together. This affected our childcare and hotel reservations, but Tours4Fun was not accommodating at all. We ended up not being able to do one of the of the tours that we booked because they couldn't change it and we lost our money. Don't book with a 3rd party if you can help it. Terrible customer service. They never communicated or answered any questions. I called more than 4 times waited on the phone for over an hour and never was attended to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

VERY, VERY bad services. Plane delayed, then a BIG 4 hour car accident that delayed our trip to Antelope Canyon tour. We called numerous times, but kept getting put on hold for 30+ minutes. Then when I called to see if there was something w..e can do about the $242 we paid the attendant was very rude. Never buying from you guys ever again. Read full review
