Visitors to this museum along the Oconaluftee River within Smoky Mountain National Park in North Carolina with get to see what an Appalachian farm looked like during the 1800s. Mountain Farm Museum contains many historic building constructed in the 1800s and moved to a central location in the 1950s. It features the John Davis Cabin, Enloe Barn, Bexter/Jenkins Chickenhouse, Messer Applehouse, meathouse, springhouse and a blacksmith shop.
