This beautiful 3,200-acre park near Atlanta, Georgia is full of attractions including its historic Ghrist Mill, Confederate Memorial Carving, Covered Bridge, 732-bell Carillon, Songbird Habitat, Quarry Exhibit, Scenic Railroad and Confederate Hall Historical & Environmental Education Center. Stone Mountain Park opened in 1965 in Stone Mountain, Georgia while some attractions were running prior to that.
