    Age Restrictions

    Due to limited service capacity, this route is not suitable for infants (14 days–2 years old (exclusive).

    For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger.

    Group Formation Instructions

    Group Description

    The minimum group size for this product is1. Once the tour group is confirmed in writing by Trip.com, the group will travel by default. If the group does not travel due to a reason related to the travel agency, the travel agency will provide compensation according to the breach clauses agreed in the contract between the two parties.

    The maximum number of people in each group is8, including children occupying seats. If the actual number of travelers exceeds the limitation, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged as compensation once verified.

    Group Tour Information

    You will receive a tour confirmation notice no later than 8:00 PM on the day before departure. If your payment is made after 6:00 PM on the day prior to departure, we will send the notice by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. If you do not receive the notice, please contact Trip.com customer support. You can refer to our website for the meeting time. The meeting time specified in the tour confirmation notice or by our staff will be final.

    Group Description

    This product is a group tour for independent travelers. On the premise that the promised service content and standards remain unchanged, you may share transportation and travel together with guests from other travel agencies. If you submit a booking, it will be deemed that you accept the travel agency's arrangement of the itinerary after the group is formed.

    Booking and Travel Information
    For multi-person trips, the booker or traveler representative confirms that they have obtained consent from all other travelers to act as the signing representative for this trip. All travelers acknowledge the signature of the authorized representative on the travel contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please refrain from booking or signing the contract on behalf of others.
    For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.
    Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by you.

    During your travels, if your visits to any attractions or venues are affected by uncontrollable factors, your tour guide may propose canceling the relevant visit, visiting an alternative attraction, or providing a refund for the cost of the ticket (refunds are not necessarily the same as those displayed at the attraction/venue). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
    Plant or tree viewing landscapes (maple leaves, cherry blossoms, rapeseed flowers, etc.) may be affected by weather conditions, resulting in less than ideal viewing experiences. Thank you for your understanding.
    Travelers who hold IDs that may qualify them for discounted tickets at scenic spots and other venues (such as military certificates, senior citizen IDs, and student IDs) should bring the original copies of their relevant IDs when they travel. The specific discount policy and discount amount are subject to on-site assessment by Trip.com staff.
    Penalties
    Travel Agency Breach of Contract:
    The travel agency will refund all collected travel fees to the user. A penalty fee will be paid in accordance with the following standards:
    If compensation paid according to the ratios detailed above is not sufficient to compensate the traveler's actual losses, the travel agency should provide compensation according to the traveler's actual losses.
    Traveler Breach of Contract
    Penalties for breaking the contract before the date of travel are calculated as follows:
    If the actual fees charged to the traveler are higher than the fees shown above, the traveler should pay the actual fees charged, but this amount should not be higher than the total travel fees.
    As some travel items need to be booked in advance for this route, cancellations at a time other than the period between the group being formed and 6 day or days before departure may incur loss without refund of plane tickets, hotel bookings, or other booked items. If the traveler needs to cancel a booking, the traveler should contact the travel agency as soon as possible. The travel agency should help the traveler to reduce losses if possible, and refund travel fees after losses and cancellation fees have been deducted. The travel agency is not responsible for further compensating the traveler for any losses.
