Booking and Travel Information
For multi-person trips, the booker or traveler representative confirms that they have obtained consent from all other travelers to act as the signing representative for this trip. All travelers acknowledge the signature of the authorized representative on the travel contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please refrain from booking or signing the contract on behalf of others.
For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.
Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by you.
During your travels, if your visits to any attractions or venues are affected by uncontrollable factors, your tour guide may propose canceling the relevant visit, visiting an alternative attraction, or providing a refund for the cost of the ticket (refunds are not necessarily the same as those displayed at the attraction/venue). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Plant or tree viewing landscapes (maple leaves, cherry blossoms, rapeseed flowers, etc.) may be affected by weather conditions, resulting in less than ideal viewing experiences. Thank you for your understanding.
Travelers who hold IDs that may qualify them for discounted tickets at scenic spots and other venues (such as military certificates, senior citizen IDs, and student IDs) should bring the original copies of their relevant IDs when they travel. The specific discount policy and discount amount are subject to on-site assessment by Trip.com staff.
Penalties
Travel agency breach of contract: If the itinerary is canceled by the travel agency or supplier before departure, the collected travel fees will be refunded in full to the user, and a penalty fee will be paid in accordance with the following standards:For cancellations made 6–4 days before the trip, a full refund of travel fees will be issued, and a penalty fee of 20% of the total travel fee will be paid.
For cancellations made 3–1 days before the trip, a full refund of travel fees will be issued, and a penalty fee of 40% of the total travel fee will be paid.
For cancellation before, but on the day of, departure, travel fees will be refunded in full, and a penalty fee of 60% of the total travel fee will be paid.

For cancellation before the start of the itinerary, fees will be calculated as follows:
For cancellation 6 to 4 days before the itinerary starts, a penalty fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged
For cancellation 3 to 1 days before the itinerary starts, a penalty fee of 40% of the total amount will be charged
For cancellation before, but on the day of, departure, a penalty fee 60% of the total travel fee will be charged.
