- This tour is available to Passengers with no Canadian Visa. These passengers will be accommodated on the USA side of the falls.

Required documents PRIOR to tour departure:
- Valid US passport or Passport + US green card - Crossing is available to US Citizens or Permanent Residents ONLY.
- Proof of FULL covid vaccination minimum of 14 days prior to departure date.
- Anyone crossing the border to Canada or to USA from Canada by land will be required to show proof of vaccination along with normal passport/visa regulations.
- For planning purposes please anticipate an 8pm border crossing time and ensure that your test will be valid for that time on your date of departure.

- Upon arrival to your tour in New York City the tour escort will verify that all necessary paperwork for the Canadian border crossing is valid and within compliance. Anyone who is not in compliance prior to tour departure will enjoy the American side itinerary, no changes can be made once the tour has departed. - All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States. Guests traveling to Canada are responsible for making sure in advance that their visa requirements are met. (currently, only US side available)
- Cancellation Policy:
- 6 Days and more prior to departure dates: 90% will be refunded;
- 5 Days and less prior to departure dates: no refund
- All requests for refunds must be received within 90 days of departure. - In the event that parts of this itnerary remain inaccessable due to COVID 19, an alternate itinerary will be followed. Final details will be available prior to each departure.

Hi we are non-USA passport holder, on tourist visa, and without Canada visa. We are interested to do the 2-day Niagara falls + Outlet tour. 1. Are we allowed to board the Maid of the Mist? 2. By "staying on the US side" what does it mean? Do we only view the falls by foot? 3. Will all the tour be guided or we are just left on "USA side" to explore on our own? 3. You indicated: " tour of the American Side of the Falls, including the American Falls, Goat Island and Sister Island" , are these done on foot? 4. The night light show is it included if we stay on the USA side?
We are located at Wappingers Falls near Poughkeepsie. We are total 9 pax. Can we join mid way if you can share a pickup point please.
