- Since advanced booking is required by attractions after the pandemic, guests must select and book the theme park tickets or one-day tours in advance when book the tour packages. Once selected, it cannot be cancelled or changed. No cancellation or changes are allowed for the tour packages.
- Customer under 18 yrs should be accompanied by at least one adult family member.
- Disney's Magic Kingdom will have night events during Halloween and Christmas, and guests with regular tickets need to leave the venue before 17:00 (The dates involved and the leave time of the day can be viewed on Disney's official website.); if you want to participate in night events, you need to purchase additional tickets.
- The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.
- In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
- This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date. Otherwise, we will stop providing services on the day.
- Special situation (such as bad weather, road repairing, etc.) may delay the transportation.
- All theme park tours are without a tour guide.
- The water parks are available seasonally. (The open time is according to the schedule of each park).
- As a reminder, due to the rule imposed by Universal Parks, if you choose Volcano Bay Water Park as one of your destinations, you must also purchase the tickets of Universal Studios and Island of Adventure as well. For those who wish to go to Volcano Bay Water Park, please reserve 3 days for the three theme parks.
- LEGOLAND Theme Park will be available every day. LEGOLAND Water Park will be available seasonally. LEGOLAND Water Park is a limited option with LEGOLAND Theme Park. Guests who choose to visit LEGOLAND Theme Park may pay an additional upgrade fee of $30 per person for the admission to LEGOLAND Water Park. Each group of guests will be charged an extra transportation and service fee: $100 for 1-4 persons, $20 for each additional person (the service fee is $12/person/day).
- For products related to Orlando theme parks, guests order Disney park tickets through our company. If they need to bind them to their own Disney account, please provide Disney account information when placing an order. After our company has ordered park tickets, guests can log in to their own account and Yes (modification is not recommended), guests can choose whether to purchase and bind the Genie+ service. If the customer's own Disney account is not provided when placing an order, the relevant tickets are bound to our account by default, and the Genie+ service cannot be purchased and bound.
- Non-complimentary-airport-pickup time, we provide paid airport pick-up service, detailed information refers to Day 1.
- There IS a penalty for any 3rd or 4th passengers who joins the tour for free of charge but becomes no show on the departure date. The current amount of such penalty is set as 85% of the published retail price of the 1st or 2nd passenger.
- Domestic flights guests wait for tour escort at luggage area; International flights guests wait for tour escort at the exit of the terminal building.
- For guests riding a 7-seat vehicle (the actual vehicle type will be subject to the actual passenger number), booster seats are required for kids under 8 years old. We provide booster rental service for $10/seat/day ($8/seat/day for Miami and Seattle tours). Please inform your needs upon booking. Please be noticed that penalty may be charged due to lack of prior notice.
- Hotel arrangements will be changed depending on the season. You can confirm your hotel information while you are on tour with your tour guide.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
