2-Day Upper/Lower Antelope Canyon and Grand Canyon Tour: Zion National Park and Lake Powell

• Cancellation Policy on and before 3/31/2023: No Cancellation, once it is confirmed.
• Cancellation Policy on and after 4/1/2023:
  -  17 Days or more prior to Departure Date: 30% penalty;
  -  10-16 Days prior to Departure Dtae: 50% penalty;
  -  9 Dyas or less prior to Departure Date: No refund.
  - Changing the departure date will follow up the cancellation policy.
• Amendment Policy:
  - $35.00/time; 9 days or less prior to departure date, no any change.
  - The change includes: change the meeting point, increase the pax number, change the flight information.
  - When the total price is less due to decreasing pax or room number, the price difference will follow up the cancellation policy plus $35.00/time.
• Minimum 4 pax to operate the tour.
• Antelope Canyon: Pets and service animals are not allowed on the tour.
• Hotel pick-up time varies according to the weather and traffic conditions. Please refer to the tour guide's notification for the actual time !
• Vehicles Type may vary due to the actual number of the group.
• It is highly suggested you bring extra water as well as sunscreen, Chap Stick, sunglasses, and a hat. Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing and walking shoes.
• Children of 0-6 are not allowed into Lower Antelope Canyon out of safety consideration, Upper Antelope Canyon is unaffected, please kindly understand.
• Please bring Motion Sickness Medication, if necessary.
• Your cell phone may not have reception in some areas during the tour.
• Please note that your pet dogs are not permitted to bring into the Antelope Canyon.
• If you plan to have a night tour or show for the same day after the tour, please leave enough time for each activity. The tour duration may be changed or extended depending on weather, traffic conditions.
• Customers will be contacted the day prior to the scheduled service date by our customer service team to reconfirm the pickup location and time. Please bring along the voucher and passport or U.S government issued photo ID to complete the process.
• Your choice of departure place is only intended as a reference. Tour guide will contact you one day in advance to inform of the meeting point and time. Please keep your mobile phone open.Please make sure that we could contact with you successfully.
• Please confirm the pickup locations with hotel staff the day before your trip, and arrive at the pickup location in time for your trip. There will be no refund if a customer is late or misses the bus.
• Please follow the tour details as provided by the tour guide.
• The tour times may be adjusted as needed; the tour guide will provide the details.
• Because of possible security checks, aside from backpacks and handbags, no luggage is allowed on the tour. If needed, please leave bags at your hotel or our office (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm).
• The tour guide will contact you one day prior to departure, please stay connected for updates. If you are on a plane or cruise the day before the tour, please let us know ahead of time.
• Antelope is one of the most famous photography sites, please follow their rules: no picture taking on the stairs; always follow the Navajo tour guide；do not write on the canyon walls, do not litter, do not bring any type of bags, tripod; do not climb the rocks. If you fail to follow these rules you will be sent back to the car, refunds will not be provided.

Please do NOT take pictures on the stairway, bring a camera tripod, or climbing on the walls when visiting Antelope Canyon. Make sure to always follow the Native American guide and obey their instructions. Customers who do not comply with these rules will be sent back to bus without refund.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
