  • Free Cancellation 25 or more Days Prior to Departure
  • 6-24 Days Prior to Departure Date-75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • 7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date-50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • 6 days prior to departure-Non-refundable All cancellations must be made directly with Tours4Fun, not with tour providers.
  • The day mentioned above is based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date (departure date).

Special Notes

  • Cancellation / Amendment Policy:
    - 18 days and less prior to departure date based on the tour operator's timezone: No refund or changes;
    - 19-31 days prior to departure date based on the tour operator's timezone: Refund 35%;
    - 32-62 days prior to departure date based on the tour operator's timezone: Refund 75%;
    - 63 days or more prior to departure date based on the tour operator's timezone:  Refund 85% Refund.
  • Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights or Sleeper trains within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline's cancellation policy.
  • Please note that the course of the tour may be changed according to you arrive date or sailing date of the cruises.
  • We strongly advice booking flights after your tour has been confirmed and contact us at service@tours4fun.com to provide your flight details.
  • In order to protect your personal property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
