Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation 25 or more Days Prior to Departure
- 6-24 Days Prior to Departure Date-75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date-50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 6 days prior to departure-Non-refundable All cancellations must be made directly with Tours4Fun, not with tour providers.
- The day mentioned above is based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date (departure date).

- Cancellation & Amendment：
- Up to 37 days before travel: handling fee ( CHF 120/booking)
- 36 - 20 days before travel: 30% of overall package cost
- 19 - 13 days before travel: 60% of overall package cost
- 12 - 0 days before travel or no show: 100% of overall package cost
- After our confirmation has been raised, we will charge an amendment fee of CHF 60/person, max.
CHF 120/booking file plus any charges that may be made by our own suppliers. This particularly will apply where non-refundable rates have been booked.
- Note: In all cases tickets must be returned unused otherwise 100% cancellation fee applies. - You must provide your flight number and expected arrival time at Zurich Airport well in advance of tour start date. Alternatively, you may proceed directly to the hotel in Zurich on Day 1.
- If you would like to join the Zurich city tour on Day 1, please book a flight arriving at Zurich Airport before 12:00pm.
- 1 large suitcase and 1 hand luggage,commensurate to aircraft dimensions is permitted per person.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
