- Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation 25 or more Days Prior to Departure
- 6-24 Days Prior to Departure Date-75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date-50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 6 days prior to departure-Non-refundable All cancellations must be made directly with Tours4Fun, not with tour providers.
- The day mentioned above is based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date (departure date).

- Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
* More than 34 days prior to departure, 10% of the total fare + GST per person will be charged.
* Within 33 days of departure, tour fare and all options will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Fairmont Hotel programs are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.
* Change of departure date will be considered as a cancellation.
* Decrease in number of guests will be considered as cancellation. - Please be ready and show up at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please go to next pick up location to meet the group. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
- Upgrade fees do not include breakfast (need to pay extra).

1. Is vising Sulpur mountain included in the itinerary? As Bandf Gondola is listed in the tour overview, is the cost for taking gondola included in the tour package price? 2. Is it possible to choose either one of ice explore and skywalk? not taking both. 3. For those who are not taking lunch option, do you let us be able to drop by proper food shopping places such as supermarket or cafeteria ? 4. At the end of the tour, around what time do we arrive in Calgary? Is it 8:30pm according to itinerary or 6:30pm according to q&a? This matter is very important for me because I need to arrange flights.

1) What time will we reach Banff in day 1 and what time for hotel check in? 2) Will there be any sightseeing tour in Banff or do we go exploring on our own? 3) Please inform hotel name for 1 night in Banff 4) For pax who does not purchase admission in Columbia Icefield or would only purchase 1 admission (eiher only Glacier Skywalk or Glacier Explorer) how long is the waiting time? 5) Most important question, the tour language is in full comprehensive english yes?
