  • Cancellation policy:
    Beyond and including 28 days before tour start date: 25% of the total amount will be charged
    27-14 days before tour start date: 50% of the total amount will be charged
    13-7 days before tour start date: 75% of the total amount will be charged
    6 days or closer to tour start date: non-refundable
  • Any amendments - name changes, date changes, tour downgrades - requested more than 30 days before tour start date will incur a 40 US dollar amendment fee PER PERSON.
  • We do not accept / process date change or tour downgrade requests within 30 days of confirmed tour departure date.
  • The included dinner on Day 4 will be Western style (continental). Indian food will not be available at this particular meal service.
  • In the event of Eiffel Tower closures / restricted access, the price difference for the restricted floor will be reimbursed.
  • You may end the tour in Paris on Day 9, with complimentary drop-off at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). If you plan to fly out the same day, please be sure to book a flight departing after 5:00pm.
  • Infants below the age of 2 must pay an additional charge for a seat on the bus, and share a twin room with two/three adults (one child per room maximum).
  • Early bird discounts may not be used in combination with coupon codes.
