  • 6 days prior to departure-Non-refundable All cancellations must be made directly with Tours4Fun, not with tour providers.

  • Covid-19 related information:
    Guests can enter Hawaii island if you meet one of the below conditions:
    (1) The vaccine injection (two doses of Pfizer / two doses of Moderna / one dose of Johnson) must be completed for at least 14 days (not included), then on the 15th day, you can register online with the CDC vaccine card (https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/) Hawaii Safe Travel Plan, you need to obtain a QR code, carry a vaccination record card with you when you travel, so as to avoid the 10-day quarantine requirement.
    (2) All passengers who have not completed the vaccination under (1) (including children five years of age and older) must provide NAAT (PCR) Test negative report of nucleic acid test within 72 hours and complete online registration (https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/).You need to obtain the QR Code in order to be exempt from the 10-day quarantine requirement.
    (3) All ages who failed to complete the vaccination requirements and failed to provide a negative report of NAAT (PCR) Test within 72 hours must cooperate with the Hawaiian government's safe travel plan-go directly to the 10-day quarantine.

    OFF SEASON:
    * Cancellation Made Within 9 days prior to departure - Non-refundable;
    * Cancellation Made 10 or More Days Prior to Departure Date - 90% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.
    HIGH SEASON:
    * Cancellation Made Within 32 days prior to departure - Non-refundable;
    * Cancellation Made 33 or More Days Prior to Departure Date - 90% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.
    * High season includes: Chinese New Year, Spring Festival(about March - April), Summer Vacation(about June - August), Thanksgiving Day(about late November), Marathon(about beginning of December)
    * Airtickets cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.

  • 2-14 Pax Small Group Tour special notes: Due to the geographical location, holidays and exhibitions, the number of pax is between 2 and 24. We try to use 14-seat vehicles to host our customers, but if there are force majeure factors, please understand it.
  • Kindly Remind:
    * Polynesian Cultural Center will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. To ensure that your trip goes well if your itinerary includes these tours, we will may adjust the itinerary. Thanks for your understanding.
    * For some reasons, such as traffic or weather conditions, we will may adjust the itinerary(attractions' order and time), but the attractions will not change. Thanks for your understanding.
  • The tour price may vary especially during holidays due to the hotel, tax and fuel surcharge fluctuation. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
  • Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact our local tour provider to check if our staff can accommodate your needs.
  • Hawaii tour itineraries are composed of many smaller Hawaii tours and the configuration of the itinerary is not confirmed until the day of the tour. Itineraries on the e-ticket are suggested initial itineraries. Please do not plan any side excursions or additional tour plans for Hawaii until the day you arrive on our tour. If you need to take a side plan or additional tour, you must talk with your tour guide and check if the tour's itinerary may work for you.
  • We strongly recommend that you contact the airline and our local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival timing, and request to arrange for a pickup before your departure.
  • Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
