    • Cancellation policy:
      - 33 working days and more prior to departure date: 25 Euro applies;
      - 13-32 working days prior to departure date: 10% penalty + 25 Euro applies;
      - 4-12 working days prior to departure date: 25% penalty +25 Euro apples;
      - 3 working days or less prior to departure date: 100% penalty applies.
    • Airport pick-up details will be confirmed after placing a booking. We strongly recommend booking your flight after your tour has been confirmed.
    • Alternatively, you may join the tour at the hotel on Day 1.
    • The luggage allowance for each passenger is 30 kg. The local operator may refuse to accept excessively bulky luggage.

    Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
