  - 18 Days or more prior departure date, 5% of the tour fee as penalty;
  - 17 Days or less prior departure date, Cancellation Policy (Without complimentary VISA support materials) applies.
  * If cancellation is made due to personal reason:
  - 48 Days or more prior departure date, EUR85/order as penalty;
  - 47 - 18 Days prior to departure date, 30% of the tour fee as penalty;
  - 17 Days or less prior departure date, Cancellation Policy (Without complimentary VISA support materials) applies.
  The hotel list provided in the visa documentation is subiect to change.
• Please prepare enough Pounds. You are recommended to exchange the Pounds 1-2 weeks before the departure date at your local bank. It is not that convenient and cost-efficient for the exchange at destincation's ATMs, airports or railway stations due to the exchange rate.
