Its 102nd floor observatory is the highest city spot that the public can access for a panoramic vision of "The Big Apple" in the indoor gallery. The 86th floor observatory has both an outdoor terrace with binoculars and an indoor gallery for a 360-degree perspective of the magnificent cityscape.
