Also known as Lake Cami, Lake Fagnano is one of the most spectacular lakes on the main island of Tierra del Fuego and stretches for 645 km². A popular destination on a day trip from Ushuaia, it is commonly paired with the neighboring Lake Escondido. A glacial lake, it formed as a glacial lobe moved to the East.
