The stadium was designed by Roger Taillibert as the main venue for the 1976 Montreal Summer Olympics and its well-known 574-foot tower has an angle of 45 degrees. The 56,000-seat Olympic Stadium is used for many different events including sports, shows, exhibitions and fairs.
