How do I get my pass? * Firstly, download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!). * Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!).
How do I use my All-Inclusive Pass? Many attractions will allow you to walk in on the day, but some need to be booked in advance.
How long do I have to use my pass? Visiting your first chosen attraction will activate your pass. Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass, over a two-week period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and two additional calendar days over the next two weeks.

All-Inclusive Passes require usage on consecutive days. 1 Day represents a calendar day, not 24-hour cycle.
Orlando 2-5 days All-Inclusive Passes do not require pass usage on consecutive days. Usage within 14 days from first pass redemption with an activity is allowed.
The ticket is non-cancelable. Once confirmed, there will be NO refund if cancelled.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
