Itinerary

Our most spectacular tour departs from Vancouver Harbour and features the hanging glaciers and knifeedged ridges of Mount Mamquam (8,450 feet/2,600 meters). During the summer months, enjoy a landing on a secluded alpine lake where the air is fresh, and the water is crystal clear.
Tips
* Lake landing available from June to September.
* During the summer, ask about adding a stop ashore and enjoy a lakeside beach picnic for $50 per person (all ages).

  • Important COVID-19 Travel Information
    Transport Canada requires all passengers 6 and older to wear a face mask for the full duration of time spent on the aircraft, and submit a Health Declaration Form for each leg of their trip. Harbour Air terminals also continue following Provincial Health Officer's recommendations for physical distancing and indoor mask use.
  • Minimum three passenger is required from October to April.
  • All flight services include a carbon offset that is used to mitigate the environmental impact of the greenhouse gas emissions (GHG's) associated with the flight. Carbon offsets are provided by British Columbia-based Offsetters.
  • Passengers may be combined with others on the same trip.
  • The passenger(s) reserved on the flight(s) is/are not an Unaccompanied Minor.
  • Luggage restriction of 25lbs (11kg) per person, unless stated otherwise. All luggage over 25lbs will be sent over on a standby, space available basis. Stated luggage allowance includes both checked and carry-on luggage. Additional luggage (including sports equipment, strollers and pet carriers) over 50lbs (23kg) will be subject to additional fees to be charged directly to the passenger and will be sent on the same flight if possible, or on the next available flight.
  • Maximum weight per piece of luggage is 50lbs (23kg), passengers with a bag exceeding 50lbs (23kg) will be required to remove items to reduce the overall weight.
  • Gulf Islands (Salt Spring Island and Maple Bay) flights may have up to two stops; therefore, flight times are approximate.
  • Domestic Flights 
    * Check in time is 30 minutes prior to flight time.
    * Government Issued Photo Identification for anyone 18 years old and over is required on all flights, including scheduled service, scenic tours, and private charters.
    * A no show fee of 100% will be charged 15 minutes prior to flight departure on unclaimed seats; any return portion will be automatically cancelled.
    * Our Flights to or from Maple Bay will stop and or transfer at Ganges, Salt Spring Island.
  • International Flights
    * Check in time is 60 minutes prior to flight time.
    * Passport book required for all passengers including infants.
    * Nexus, Enhanced Drivers Licenses and passport cards are not accepted at this border crossing.
    * A no show fee of 100% will be charged 45 minutes prior to flight departure on unclaimed seats where passenger is not fully checked in; any return portion will be automatically cancelled.
    * Cancellations more that 72 hours prior to departure will remain as a flight credit for use within 18 months of the first cancellation date.
    * The aircraft type confirmed at the time of booking may change depending on operational needs with our flight loads and will be subject to availability.
