Tips for visiting the Xel Há Park Admission
* Children whose height ranges from 3.2 ft (1 m) to 4.5 ft (1.40 m), and children over 4.5 ft (1.40 m) but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age.
* Children must always be accompanied by an adult. 
* Carry a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes.
* Only sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide are allowed in the park. Otherwise, at the entrance, you will find an Information Booth where you can exchange your sunscreen for a free sample of a biodegradable product. Your sunscreen will be returned to you upon departure.
* Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get photographs of your visit, or enjoy an optional activity.
Cancun Scenic Tower: located at El Embarcadero Isla Mujeres by Xcaret at Blvd. Kukulcán Km 4, Cancun Hotel Zone. To gain entry to the Cancun Scenic Tower you must show your Xel-Ha Park wristband at the entrance. Operation subject to weather conditions.

How do I get my pass?
* Firstly, download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!).
* Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!).

How do I use my All-Inclusive Pass?
Many attractions will allow you to walk in on the day, but some need to be booked in advance.

How long do I have to use my pass?
Visiting your first chosen attraction will activate your pass. Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass, over a two-week period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and two additional calendar days over the next two weeks.
