Rhyolite Ghost Town was inhabited for just 12 years, from 1904 to 1916. However, it flourished enormously during this short period. Wander the eerie, long-deserted streets of this prominent gold rush-era boomtown and marvel at the infrastructure that sprang up in such a short space of time.

Death Valley National Park is the continental United States’ largest park. It’s also the hottest, driest and lowest. These yellow and brown striped hills have been shaped by the powerful force of water, and even during dry times, the path carved by this water is unmistakable. Gazing beyond the badlands, views of the salt flats covering the floor of Death Valley are visible in the distance, with the hulk of the Panamint Mountains towering above.

Badwater Basin is the lowest point in North America at 282 ft (86 m) below sea level. The salt flats here cover nearly 200 square miles (518 square km), and are composed mostly of sodium chloride (table salt), along with calcite, gypsum, and borax.
【Artist's Palette】
Tucked behind an unassuming yellow landscape, the rainbow of Artists Palette is the highlight along the Artists Drive Scenic Loop. Here, visitors marvel at an array of colors (red, orange, yellow, blue, pink, and green), splashed across the hills. These colors are from volcanic deposits rich in compounds such as iron oxides and chlorite, which creates a rainbow effect.

We are on the tour for around 3-4 hours, with plenty of time to hike, eat, hang out and just enjoy the day!

Are face coverings required during the tours?
Yes. Face coverings should be worn at all times by our passengers, drivers or tour guides while on our tours. The local operator will provide face coverings if you do not have your own. When outside and practicing social distancing during certain parts of the tour, you may be able to remove your face mask when appropriate.

- Selection of vehicle type will follow the actual number of customers.

- Vehicle Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be on the same vehicle unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same vehicle as another party an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
- Luggage Policy: one standard size carry-on (10"x1"”x18") and one personal item (ex. purse or camera bag) per person ONLY. This policy is strictly enforced. Extra luggage cannot be transported.
- Car seats are available for no additional charge (Limited, First come first served); please arrange by calling the service team after booking.
- Casual, comfortable clothing is suggested (shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes).
- It is highly suggested our customers bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat, a small backpack for personal items while hiking.
