Itinerary

Your adventure begins on the Icefields Parkway - one of the most scenic drives in the world.

At the Columbia Icefield you'll catch a ride on to the Athabasca Glacier in an Ice Explorer, a massive all-terrain vehicle specially designed for glacier travel.

The day's grand finale is a stroll along the Glacier Skywalk. Here, a glass-floored observation platform is the only thing separating you from a 918-foot drop to glacierformed valleys and rushing waterfalls.

It's truly a once-in-a lifetime experience. The Glacier Adventure is wheelchair accessible, however you must inform us so we can ensure you have proper transfer on to the Glacier Adventure tour from the Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre. Please inform us in the "Reservation Request" box during booking.
