If a tour has been cancelled due to insufficient number of participants tour will be rescheduled to next available date or tour credit or refund will be issued. Child policy - child rate applies to children 12 years of age and under. All children must be accompanied by tour participating parent or guardian of 18 years of age or older. Arctic Tours Canada reserves the right to refuse unaccompanied child or children that are jeopardizing safety of other participants on tour. Private Group Tours: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm group booking and full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. Amendments within 7 days prior to arrival may incur a charge. Gift Voucher Policy Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase. After 6 months voucher is non-redeemable. A minimum of 15 days advance notice is required to process hotel and tours reservations for gift voucher booking.
