Itinerary

Visit the Koala Conservation Centre to see koalas very close in their natural habitat. We may also see wallabies and echidnas on this park. From the Nobbies – Seals Rock we can appreciate the full force of the ocean. We may also see penguins here. Visit the town of Cowes for a stroll along the main road, the pier or have dinner (not included – summer only) We arrive at the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre with time to shop, have a coffee or walk straight to the viewing platform to see the arrival of the little penguins.

  • Our tours depart daily in English, but we also offer German, Spanish, and Italian options. Please contact us to confirm availability.
  • For Italian and Spanish tours, we never use headsets. If only a small number of Italian or Spanish people have booked on the tour, we may use a guide that speaks both Italian and Spanish. These tours are always a lot of fun and encourage lots of interesting interactions between the passengers. For German tours, where there are 6 or more German-speaking passengers, we guarantee a guide that speaks German. For less than 6 people, we will include ipod commentary in German and you will only pay the English-speaking tour rate.
  • Warm and waterproof clothing is recommended.
  • Many of our guests book their tour 2-3 months in advance as they are planning a trip from abroad. We can take last minute bookings so please contact us directly if there doesn’t appear to be any availability on our online portal.
  • Vehicles to be used will depend on the group size. Our vehicles include SUV, people movers (7 and 8 seats) and mini buses (12 seats)
  • On Phillip Island tour during Daylight saving months there is free time in the town of Cowes in Phillip Island before you go to see the penguins. In winter you can have something to eat at the visitor centre when you go to see the penguins.
  • We guarantee our small group departures for a minimum of two passengers.

    • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region.
