using somebody else's bus is uncalled for, especially if there are personal belongings of another tour group in there. there should only be one bus per tour group.

No proper waiting area! It’s a rundown , dusty place. The portable toilets are disgusting. I don’t understand why they charge so much for 20 mins trip. However, Canyon itself is gorgeous.

Unable to attend due to flight issues , no wiggle room or opportunity to sell ticket to another person even though this is such a high demand attraction- I’m sure someone could’ve taken the spot.

Terrible customer service. They never communicated or answered any questions. I called more than 4 times waited on the phone for over an hour and never was attended to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The tour and guide were amazing!!! The reservations group are the worst I ever had to deal with. Even after speaking with a rep on the phone, requesting a different time, and being told it was available. They did not changed my reserva.. Read full review
