we were just a little disappointed with some tour guide who are not that fluent in english.most often they speak in chinese/mandarin.there was one guide who provided excellent assistance.kevin.he led the hilo day tours.very good.All hotels .. Read full review

A once in a lifetime opportunity and so glad we took the tour. Saw beautiful scenery and waterfalls and very interesting volcano sights.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. I was with my 3 teenagers and we had an amazing time. The guide was very knowledgeable, kind and he answered all our questions.

OMG. This tour is great. We loved it, neither of us had parasailed before but these guys are total professionals, the experience was awesome, we can't wait to do it again.

Excellent experience. Learn a lot about the island, it's history, horticulture and volcanos. Our guide Mike was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great stories.
