Tour itinerary, places are excellent. Hotel old and needs work but clean and service good. Tour guide is knowledgeable but pronounciation in the English language poor. English speaking tourists were lost n complained.

The best part is, it has covered all beautiful places only in five days and at the same time it was not so hectic. But I was not satisfied with the tour guide. His information was not very effective and his English was not good.

Una de las peores excursiones que he hecho. Pagué un montón de dinero sólo por el alojamiento y el transporte. Mi viaje ni siquiera incluía el precio de las entradas para la góndola de Banff y el campo de hielo Leer reseña completa

El conductor que nos recogió en Calgary tenía mal carácter y era poco amable. El guía Chris y el conductor Barry fueron muy amables y serviciales. Chris es un excelente guía, tiene un amplio conocimiento de la zona y su inglés es de Leer la reseña completa

En primer lugar, no tenía ni idea de a qué hora y quién me iba a recoger y en qué hotel me iba a alojar hasta el día de salida o la noche anterior - las propinas eran obligatorias y se contabilizaban - no tenía ni idea de a dónde iba el tour cada día hasta esa mañana - el tour se realizaba Leer reseña completa
