marco, our tour guide was very helpful. he offered to take pictures (he took good pictures!). he shared many important information. this tour is value for money.
Our tour guide Marco is very knowledgeable and expert with the planning of the groups activity. Explain everything well. He does things beyond his scoop of responsiblity. Rene our driver is very effecient and very professional. Thanks for a.. very and a memorable experience in the rockies.Read full review
The entire tour was good -most meals were good, most hotels, no complaint. Tour Itinerary was not bad.
except I have the following feedback.
The Vancouver complimentary tour was a waste of time and just a gimmick. The tour title should.. be a 4 day Rocky Mountain Tour.
The last night (27 May 2017) of the tour, the hotel at Golden there were not enough hot water for us to have a shower. we had to lug our luggage down 2 floors of steep stairs to get to the lift to our room. luckily two young men came to our help.
The lunch on 28th May was also no good.
After i have made my booking I tried to clarify a few issues but never got satisfactory replies. It may be better once booking is made all queries should be directed to the Vancouver tour Co which is conducting the tour.Read full review
It was a great trip! We really enjoyed it! The tour guides were really helpful and showed us around a lot of places. We highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Vancouver.
My husband and I were very pleased with this tour and would recommend anyone who wants to see the Canadian Rockies. The value is great for what you get to see and all the accommodation was excellent. Our tour guide, Allan was amazing. He al..ways advised what was happening and when so you always new what to expect. He was very knowledgeable of all the sights and took his job seriously to ensure we were all informed and were enjoying the tour. He was also a lot of fun and made us laugh which made for a very relaxing tour. The only improvement would be on the last day. The stop for lunch was in an industrial part of the town and there was hardly any choice, or time here to get some decent food to last you for the next 6 hours.Read full review
Tour guide ( Ted) is good only for Chinese speaker tour members.
Ted should provide the additional meal plan only in Golden (once time). Other places we didn't have any problems to find our meal by ourselves.
Super Vacation tour should co..nsider a tour for non Chinese speakers with more natural attractions rather than shopping (for example : ginseng factory, fruit shop visit in the not fruit season on the way to Revelstoke)Read full review
My wife and me were happy with this tour and the hotels we stayed in were all good quality. Although we didn't take the optional meals, we were able to find alternative restaurants around the places and hotels we visited/stayed in. The plac..es we visited are beautiful and the sites along the way are also very scenic. Most of all, our tour guide Mr. Allan So was very informative and very helpful and went out of his way to help us. Our driver was also good and drove in a safe and comfortable manner. Although it caters mostly to Chinese speaking clients, the tour guide also explains in English as there are other nationalities, too and We made some friends during the tour. I should give it a 4 and half star at least.
Highly recommended.Read full review

Driver and tour guide very experienced. Managed the group well so we're on time per stop. Courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful too. Only suggestion is to make banff 2 days to accommodate other sights like cave and hot springs in the ..area.Read full review
Requested for an English speaking tour guide. Yes he spoke English but maybe I should have been clearer in my request. He spoke only Mandarin and Cantonese during commentary in the tour. Very disappointed!
Most meals L & D were Chinese. If.. I wanted to eat Chinese, I would have stayed home. And don't ask me to exclude the meals. There was a couple that had excluded meals but were "convinced" by the tour guide to join the group meals coz there weren't any other eateries near where the bus stopped.Read full review
Destinations were excellent. Hotels and meals were good. Driver fantastic. But I emphasize to travellers the guide is bilingual and herded us like children. He is responsible and carried out his task really well but if you don't mind being ..reminded many times to use the washrooms and not having a lot of narrations, then head on to the Rockies with Tours4Fun. Its worth the price. Be reminded of tipping for day/night tours in Vancouver city. You have to pay $4 per mini tour/transfer to a single driver (can add to to $16 per day). On the Rockies tour itself, its $9 net per day to both driver and guide. So you end up paying a lot more in Vancouver city. Lastly, the Sandman Hotel at Vancouver Airport is old and ill-maintained. Ask for Hampton Inn instead.Read full review
Comments for the 4 days in the Rocky Mountains: Excellent choice of destinations. Pre-booked meal plan is abundant and fairly tasty. Excellent driver. The guide, with the complicated and diverse tour and meal plans of the many groups of tra..velers, was pretty organised. However, narration was way too little. Most of his speeches were instructions for use of washrooms, repeated often and very loudly in both languages. I feel he treated us like children, herding us from place to place and reminding us to use the washrooms. A little more stories and narration of the various locations would be ideal. Otherwise, I rate the Rockies trip, very good.
Comments for first and last day in Vancouver city: The mini day/night trips were over charged. Compare $9+$4 per day for one driver to $9 per day for 2 persons on the Rockies tour. I believe you can see the difference. These fees should have been made clear to me when I made the booking. Sandman Vancouver Airport Hotel room is old and ill maintained. Hampton Inn was a much more comfortable hotel. Finally, I was not shuttled from Sandman Hotel to SWC on my last day despite many back-and-forth communication with Tour4fun staff. If you were unable to transfer, I would have appreciated a clearer answer sooner. I would then be able to plan my itinerary the next day. Unfortunately, when I realised you were unable to arrange the transfer, it was past noon time and I had lost half a day's time.Read full review
Overall rate is 4.8. The driver and guide are both experienced, managed the group well, provided adequate information, appropriate stops, and hotels were spacious even though not upgraded.
Views are breathtaking! An extra day in Banff would.. have been nice to be able to see the caves and hotspring.Read full review
Tour guide and driver were both very experienced, pleasant, managed the group well, knowledgeable, listens well, managed the schedule excellent and very professional. Bus was new, clean (driver cleans windows often), and hotel rooms were sp..acious. Just wish reflection from glass windows didn't get in the way of picture taking from bus. Itinerary is well paced. What could be improved is an extra day in Banff to visit the hotsprings and cave. Secondly, additional night in Vancouver to explore the big city could also be added.Read full review
