Some shuttles that stopped at that 3rd stop let out only a small group of people so many people at the last stop had to wait too long for a bus to take them back too the first stop including me.

Great experience. Only problem was at every stop one group was 5 minutes late and nothing was said to them. Just a little frustrating. It was a very long trip and they delayed everyone.

The tour was excellent, we upgraded to the West Rim Tour because it was back earlier. Our driver Dwayne was informative and funny. We had plenty of stops to stretch on the way there and home. Once at the Canyon everything run smoothly and .. Read full review

Expected more interaction with the locals at the Hualapai Ranch. Thoroughly enjoyed skywalk area and guano point views.

Once we actually started the tour on the bus it was good. However, we wasted almost 2 hours from pick up time to actually starting the tour. The pickup could have been better organized.

Too much time allotted for the activities available! I guess unless you did the Helicopter ride... you had way more time than needed! The skywalk was smaller than I imagined! Finished almost 2 hours prior to departure!

Initially I though the price was a bit high but after realizing how much the location would have charged for admission and their lunch I feel that it was well worth the cost to be able to sit back and relax on the bus rather than drive ther.. Read full review
