Dwayne was a great tour bus driver. He gave us a lot of history along the drive but also made it fun and gave us plenty of laughs. He made the experience.

I don't think I would do the west rim again. It was very scary because there were no guardrails and felt as if you were going to fall down.

Magnificent views from both Eagle point and Guano point, the lunch included was very good! Our driver was professional, funny, and dedicated to his work!

Some shuttles that stopped at that 3rd stop let out only a small group of people so many people at the last stop had to wait too long for a bus to take them back too the first stop including me.

Expected more interaction with the locals at the Hualapai Ranch. Thoroughly enjoyed skywalk area and guano point views.

Once we actually started the tour on the bus it was good. However, we wasted almost 2 hours from pick up time to actually starting the tour. The pickup could have been better organized.

Too much time allotted for the activities available! I guess unless you did the Helicopter ride... you had way more time than needed! The skywalk was smaller than I imagined! Finished almost 2 hours prior to departure!

We had our first trip to the Canyon and this was perfect as far as time and value. The Skywalk was excellent.

Wasn’t given out skywalk tickets so had to pay again, we were refunded but this took time and did not get to see much because of not having the tickets and not being able to get in touch with our guide,so we paid again did get the money b.. Read full review
