The van was very hot in the back. When I and others complained, the Chinese driver said he didn’t have money for a new van. He used vacuum hoses to improvise his AC vent. But it didn’t work. He laughed when we complained. He charged us ..extra $10 for service fees. What fees? He is very bad with history of the sites.Read full review

Chris, nuestro guía, es una persona profesional y divertida, ¡nos condujo por el precioso oeste!
Fue puntual, siempre estuvo presente y nos ayudó a tener siempre lo mejor. Con él siempre estábamos en t..ime y visitamos todos los lugares de la mejor manera posible, con los tiempos adecuados para visitar y descansar.
¡No te preocupes por el largo tiempo en los caminos con el autobús, no es cansado, es divertido y se puede ver increíbles panoramas diferentes y nunca dormir en el autobús! No te cansarás nunca de quedarte en el autobús, ¡hay muchas paradas y lugares que visitar en el camino!
Acampar es divertido, siempre teníamos una amplia selección de alimentos para cada comida. El guía Chris siempre se fijó en nuestras preferencias.
El grupo marca la diferencia, tuve la suerte de encontrar amigos maravillosos de todo el mundo.

Unfortunately, your Driver has not performed well during the time of our tour. because during the initial ride to our first destination to the Horse Shoe Bend, the driver began falling asleep numerous of time on the wheel 20 minutes pr..ior to our destination in broad daylight causing the tour bus to sway between our lane, and oncoming traffic inches away from hitting a divider. Luckily, one of the passengers screamed making to driver wake up just in time to jerk the steering wheel left just miss the divider. We also made it as a group on this bus NOT to let our driver drive us back to our hotel. Myself and one other guy in our group took the initiative to make sure all passengers drive back to our hotel. Also, as we returned back to the hotel I began having back pains from the whiplash from the drive.Read full review
Hicimos una excursión en mayo por el Gran Cañón y otros parques de la zona con ellos. No dejo de recomendar esta excursión a todos nuestros amigos. Vimos todo lo que queríamos ver a un precio muy asequible. los moteles que seleccionaron estaban limpios yeran cómodos. Nuestro guía estaba bien informado y era muy agradable. . Es un tour muy activo así que prepárate para estar ocupado. Me gustó especialmente la visita privada a la reserva Navajo y la cena que siguió en una casa Navajo. Si vas a visitar la zona, utilízalo. It’s a very bad experience i had.
1. The transportation company contracted to your company is the wurst that i experience.
U TOUR is the name.
A. They don’t have a compassion to the passenger . The bus broke down they don’t have a ..alternative plan that make the passenger comfortable. and they make us wait 3 hours in hot summer weather, Then they transported us to Antelope Canyon using a mini bus with very poor air condition system. Imagine 31/2 hours drive sweating inside the bus. And the driver name IRENE is very rude.
B. The tour guide name HENRY of U TOUR dont have compassion to the passenger. He don’t give enough information what to expect in the location we are visiting. He did not informed us that we need to bring extra water because there is no source of water out there. I know that it’s our responsibility, but let us know what to expect so we can buy enough supply from our last stop. After they drop us in HORSE BEND, HENRY told us that they will be waiting in the parking lot. After we finished our hiking, they are not there in the parking lot and we need a place to stay to avoid the heat of the sun but they are not there.
C. Regarding your company TOURS4FUN trying to call the provided number ON MY INVOICE BUT I CANT CONNECT AND I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK. It’s easy to reserved but after that everything is a BIG MESS.
I KNOW TO MYSELF THAT I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. May our lord GOD help your company and your contracted company so it will not happen to other people who want to enjoy their vacation.Read full review
Travelled with them on the 7 day SW National Parks lodging tour AND the 7 day Yellowstone Camping tour Both had fantastic well thought out itineraries which allowed us to choose the hikes that we wanted and pack in as much as we could in th..ose 7 days.
