Overall good.we are prefer for English speaking guide so,they can explain better.the guide was speaking in their language then English.

Overall good. But I wish to give you one suggestion you should give more time to spend on Banff Gondola . And hotel should be with breakfast.

The tour is good except that I am surprised that the tour is conducted in both Mandarin and English when I have booked for an English speaking tour. The tour guide's English is not fluent and many a times since its conducted in 2 languages,.. Read full review

The best part is, it has covered all beautiful places only in five days and at the same time it was not so hectic. But I was not satisfied with the tour guide. His information was not very effective and his English was not good.

Jesse was enthusiastic to show us the best of Canada. He was able effectively looking after English and Mandarin speaking tourists. He showed down the vehicle for us whenever there is an animal sighting. Thanks to him, we took photos .. Read full review

Decent accommodation at Calgary for the prices charged, although they were located near the Airport and hence moving around the city was a bit difficult. But we still managed. However the tour bus service was good being spacious and comfor.. Read full review

First day, the pick up from airport was late. Second day, the pick up from hotel to half day city tour also late. The explanation and detail mostly mandarin.
