Genius itinerary for the price

Whoever thought of overall itinerary was a genius. Our transportation was with green line GoEuGo. Tour guide was very friendly and I thought overworked. Our very comfortable and clean bus was full. Movies were wisely chosen for the tour.
..Music and cold water availability was perfect. Hotels were reasonably clean and food was good. Here are a few suggestions that will make me a repeat customer: Daily one page paper summary of events, points of interest with map of meeting points and time, exact hotel address that night, contingent meeting point if first one is blocked, local contact phone number, precise late minute written protocol when customer will be abandoned and instructions on how to get to next meeting point. Tour guide could use a microphone in the streets. Also, it would help to emphasize if walk is appropriate for those who are not able to do the length and the terrain. I appreciated the caution and safety tips given by the tour guide. One of us still lost her purse but could easily have been more. I do not know how to improve the itinerary except to extend it maybe to include a stop in a French countryside. Our bus did not quite make a stop at Avignon which I looked forward to. To compete better, each service should request a one page evaluation near the end of the tour. Read full review
