Right from booking - had to call few times to get confirmation email. After confirmation, the requirement to call one day before and be at the site one hour before tour (and sit there and do nothing) - is a ridiculous requirement.

The tour was great, Nelly was awesome, great tour guide!! Check in was acceptable at best. We were told to arrive 1.5 hours early, we waited 45 minutes for the gentleman to arrive that was in charge of our reservations. Waste of time arrivi.. Read full review
