The tour was great and we were able to go on an earlier hike since we showed up an hour and half early. I wish the fees would just all be in one transaction rather than this plus that plus this. There was cash needed for extra things.

I bought 2 tickets for the tour at 11am , and when I arrived there, it was at 1pm .. My friends bought it at 11 too, but it wasn’t at that time either .. For this webpage , they sold us the time they wanted to sell us, no the time we wan.. Read full review

There were issues with booking the tickets, the people answering telephone calls could do better. At the site, the portalet (portable toilets) were almost full, another room for improvement. Our tour guide was very good, she gave us a lot.. Read full review

We had a flat tire on our way from Vegas to page. We called tours for fun that we will not be able to make it for our 2:30 trip. Caller on the other side said it would be alright and they would accommodate us on the next one. We somehow man.. Read full review

No proper waiting area! It’s a rundown , dusty place. The portable toilets are disgusting. I don’t understand why they charge so much for 20 mins trip. However, Canyon itself is gorgeous.

Unable to attend due to flight issues , no wiggle room or opportunity to sell ticket to another person even though this is such a high demand attraction- I’m sure someone could’ve taken the spot.

Terrible customer service. They never communicated or answered any questions. I called more than 4 times waited on the phone for over an hour and never was attended to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
