My wife and me were happy with this tour and the hotels we stayed in were all good quality. Although we didn't take the optional meals, we were able to find alternative restaurants around the places and hotels we visited/stayed in. The plac..es we visited are beautiful and the sites along the way are also very scenic. Most of all, our tour guide Mr. Allan So was very informative and very helpful and went out of his way to help us. Our driver was also good and drove in a safe and comfortable manner. Although it caters mostly to Chinese speaking clients, the tour guide also explains in English as there are other nationalities, too and We made some friends during the tour. I should give it a 4 and half star at least.
Highly recommended.Read full review

Driver and tour guide very experienced. Managed the group well so we're on time per stop. Courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful too. Only suggestion is to make banff 2 days to accommodate other sights like cave and hot springs in the ..area.Read full review
Requested for an English speaking tour guide. Yes he spoke English but maybe I should have been clearer in my request. He spoke only Mandarin and Cantonese during commentary in the tour. Very disappointed!
Most meals L & D were Chinese. If.. I wanted to eat Chinese, I would have stayed home. And don't ask me to exclude the meals. There was a couple that had excluded meals but were "convinced" by the tour guide to join the group meals coz there weren't any other eateries near where the bus stopped.Read full review
Destinations were excellent. Hotels and meals were good. Driver fantastic. But I emphasize to travellers the guide is bilingual and herded us like children. He is responsible and carried out his task really well but if you don't mind being ..reminded many times to use the washrooms and not having a lot of narrations, then head on to the Rockies with Tours4Fun. Its worth the price. Be reminded of tipping for day/night tours in Vancouver city. You have to pay $4 per mini tour/transfer to a single driver (can add to to $16 per day). On the Rockies tour itself, its $9 net per day to both driver and guide. So you end up paying a lot more in Vancouver city. Lastly, the Sandman Hotel at Vancouver Airport is old and ill-maintained. Ask for Hampton Inn instead.Read full review
Comments for the 4 days in the Rocky Mountains: Excellent choice of destinations. Pre-booked meal plan is abundant and fairly tasty. Excellent driver. The guide, with the complicated and diverse tour and meal plans of the many groups of tra..velers, was pretty organised. However, narration was way too little. Most of his speeches were instructions for use of washrooms, repeated often and very loudly in both languages. I feel he treated us like children, herding us from place to place and reminding us to use the washrooms. A little more stories and narration of the various locations would be ideal. Otherwise, I rate the Rockies trip, very good.
Comments for first and last day in Vancouver city: The mini day/night trips were over charged. Compare $9+$4 per day for one driver to $9 per day for 2 persons on the Rockies tour. I believe you can see the difference. These fees should have been made clear to me when I made the booking. Sandman Vancouver Airport Hotel room is old and ill maintained. Hampton Inn was a much more comfortable hotel. Finally, I was not shuttled from Sandman Hotel to SWC on my last day despite many back-and-forth communication with Tour4fun staff. If you were unable to transfer, I would have appreciated a clearer answer sooner. I would then be able to plan my itinerary the next day. Unfortunately, when I realised you were unable to arrange the transfer, it was past noon time and I had lost half a day's time.Read full review
Overall rate is 4.8. The driver and guide are both experienced, managed the group well, provided adequate information, appropriate stops, and hotels were spacious even though not upgraded.
Views are breathtaking! An extra day in Banff would.. have been nice to be able to see the caves and hotspring.Read full review
Tour guide and driver were both very experienced, pleasant, managed the group well, knowledgeable, listens well, managed the schedule excellent and very professional. Bus was new, clean (driver cleans windows often), and hotel rooms were sp..acious. Just wish reflection from glass windows didn't get in the way of picture taking from bus. Itinerary is well paced. What could be improved is an extra day in Banff to visit the hotsprings and cave. Secondly, additional night in Vancouver to explore the big city could also be added.Read full review

We were in Alaska when i saw this tour online was on special so we decided we'd book our flights with our daughter and joined the tour, our first time with Tours4fun. We couldn't believe we have seen so much in 7 days. The tour guide wa..s a lovely young man he always asks if we are okay and was very friendly. This tour was awesome and the places where we stayed and had lunch, particularly the Fairmont Chateau overlooking Lake Louise was a dream come true for me. I used to look at travel brochures and thought I should see this place. Thank you Tours4fun for making this tour very affordable for our family and for the wonderful memories it was one of the most memorable 7 day tour we have experienced. I've been raving about it to my friends... a must see and join tour! Loved it!!!Read full review
