There was no excitement or welcome attitude from the tour guide Dennis. Explanations were not clear. He presumed that we know the area, but we don't.He gavel us limited informations on what we have to do on the bus stopped area. Lunch box ..was incomplete, missing the dessert fruit and the water was given only when I asked about it. No apology was expressed. He also did not dress up as a tour guide. He was dressed like going to a ball game. The driver was also speeding and it was pretty scary because it was a long stretched of winding roads and humpy roadRead full review
We arrived safely & upper Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe bend was great, but the bus was old & didn't have a working bathroom and the tour guide was either insensitive or a little ignorant of Native American culture. Also, they had us travel ..to meet up with the bus only to be transported by a van to the bus which later made a pick up at the hotel we were staying at. When we informed the tour guide of this she asked why we traveled so far. We explained that that was the pick up stop that we were texted. She did apologize, but upon returning we had to ask to get off at a closer stop to our hotel.Read full review
100% National Park 3 Day Tour - Great trip - really enjoyable

We chose the lodging option so stayed in hotels for the 2 nights of this trip. We had a great bunch of people on the tour from the UK, US, Australia and NZ and Chris was our tour leader. He was great, provided loads of great information and.. brought fun to the tour. We really enjoyed seeing Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Glen Canyon, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon and parts of Route 66 on our way back to Las Vegas.
The days are full on - early starts with days finishing about 7pm - apart from last day which is about 8-8.30 pm. However there are loads of opportunities during the day to stretch legs and have a break from the minibus - this is in addition to the longer breaks for going on trails/walks at the National Parks/Canyons. We did not do any of the optional tours but Antelope Canyon seemed to have been really good,
The pre-tour communication from them was really good and helpful in terms of clothing to bring and what to pack. The bags go in a trailer behind the bus - so I would recommend keeping suitcase sizes small if possible. I know that some tour members kept their main suitcases at their respective hotels in Las Vegas and just brought the equivalent of carry on suitcases on the tour. Chris arranged for all the suitcases to be delivered to our hotel room both nights which was really helpful.
We are new to doing tours but delighted that we found Tours and highly recommend them.Read full review
The canyon is breathtaking, the guide was amazing. We didn't like being charged $8 cash/each in addition to the ticket price, on arrival, plus another $2 each on top of it. Also, there are way too many people in the canyon at the same tim..e. And then there was a photography group. We paid prime price too, yet had to wait for and work around them.Read full review
I originally tried to book the 11:30am tour , after I booked online, I was then contacted quickly and informed that 11:30 am tour was no longer available and I was booked on the 12:45pm tour.

It was a great tour! Yes, it was a long day but the canyons and views along the way were totally worth the long bus ride. My initial thought was that I wished we had a smaller group but then I realized that the tour bus we were on was proba..bly much more comfortable than a 14 passenger van! The size of our group turned out to be a non-issue anyway. At Horseshoe Bend, you hike the trail at your own pace and view the canyon on your own. Once at Antelope Canyon, they take you in groups of 14 and there is one group after another entering the canyon. At both attractions, there were many other tourists there from other tour operators and those who had driven on their own - so there's really no way of avoiding crowds at peak viewing times anyway. Our tour was well organized. Our guide Eva was very pleasant and kept the tour moving smoothly and on schedule.. The bus is showing its age a bit but was fine for the day. The Navajo guides at Antelope were excellent as well. Really glad we took this tour!Read full review

I did not get an updated itinerary before we departed. Therefore I had different expectations of where we would stay etc.
Our driver (Miles) was excellent, very calm, courteous, personable and an excellent driver. He drove over a thousand.. miles and stayed cheerful at all times!
The guides Stefano and Hiro were helpful and knowledgeable. It was noticeable that Hiro’s Japanese tourists received resources and maps that we didn’t receive. Stefano was exceptionally patient and gave interesting information.
Overall the tour was excellent value for money.
In Page there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but we were advised to buy supermarket food and eat in our bedrooms which was unnecessary. There is a Marriot courtyard bistro just 10m away and other places within 15 m walk. This is not the guide’s fault, as a company you could provide a local map with eating places and distances marked. Too much reliance on fast food outlets isn’t healthy.
The Valley of Fire was excellent and we would have happily stayed longer.Read full review
