Our tour guide Quinton was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, took great photos and was very nice. Excellent at his job. I am however disappointed that I was not refunded for the child ticket I was able to use.

canyon was great. only complaint was that we felt rushed through. lots of groups in there at the same time and the tour guide behind us was pushy for us to not stop to take pictures. our personal guide was great just wished it wasnt so crow.. Read full review

It required to arrive one hour earlier, but caused us to have waited long time before the tour started. The ticket was changed to alternative time to fit our schedule when original booking wasn't available. That is so appreciated.
