Our guide had to tale 2 groups.....and she lost us after the cruise.....and we only found her again by luck

It wasn't really a tour - just a drop off. And the tour guide assigned to our group which was both and English and Spanish group (not what we signed up for) was kind and courteous to Spanish speakers but rude to English speakers. Addition..ally, tour was for 9:45am and we were told to arrive at 9:15 am when office didn't even open until 9:30am. We had to stand in the rain and wait. Then when we got inside they told us there was a problem with the tickets and we were delayed until 10:15 am. Really disappointed - would not recommend. Shannon was great. Wonderful personality and a pleasure to have as a tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about Paris. Highly recommend her.
