My friend and I took this tour at the end of October. I normally do DIY travels, am skeptical to tours, and this is the first time I have used Tours4Fun, was little bit unsure before the tour, but we were very impressed during the tour and ..enjoyed everyday of it! Everything from booking to the end of tour has gone smoothly without any glitches.
First, it's a good itinerary covering the essentials of Vietnam from North to South in 10 days with reasonable rest time in between (my personal highest highlight was Halong bay cruise).
Second, everything from hotels, transportations, daily tours and meals are all arranged very well. The hotels are clean and conveniently located; transportations are comfortable and punctual; all the tour guides are professional, speak fluent English, some of them are very humorous; the meals from the daily tours were delicious with varieties, especially the Halong Cruise 4-course meals and Mekong Delta feast,
Third, our local tour operator Jun from Vietnam Adventure Tour gave us a surprise at the beginning of our tour, a Vietnam SIM card, so we not only have a local phone number to communicate with him but also got free data to connect to internet, which is a huge convenience for international travel.
Overall, it's a thought through tour with great value, definitely better than I'd arranged it by myself. Read full review
